Previously, Welsh founded a nationally-focused, executive recruiting practice where he worked with corporate clients throughout the United States to add superstar talent to their organizations. He also coached individuals to grow their own successful careers, led corporate training seminars and presented to management teams at annual, company meetings.

He clearly cares about the success of everyone he meets, especially those who share his passion for entrepreneurship. He is a native of Cleveland and spent the first 18 years of his life in northeast Ohio.
