Assuming that you have a decent sound card or audio interface, the Pro Podcastrig will produce broadcast quality audio. The 1220 Onyx mixer is made by Mackie and it supports an optional Firewire Bus. The Shure SM7B is a pro broadcast/voiceover mic. In my opinion this is one of your best options in terms of quality and cost.

The dbx 1066 is a dual channel compressor/gate. It can be used to process two channels independently. Bias Peak Pro 5 offers innovative recording and processing options, including efficient RMS Normalization. This form of normalization increases the average loudness, or the power of the audio. This is very different compared to typical peak normalization.
