I have an unused, refurbished iPod Photo for sale for $225+shipping. It was a replacement from the Apple store for another unit that was having problems and when I got it I decided to sell it and upgrade to the 60GB. Here's what you get:

- 40GB iPod Photo (new case, no scratches, still wrapped)
- Unused earbuds, still wrapped (from my 60GB)
- Unused AC adapter, still wrapped (from my 60GB)
- Firewire or USB 2.0 cable (your choice)
- Slip cover
- All original packaging, documentation, and software in mint condition (for those who collect packaging!)

Not included is dock and belt clip case. Basically you get everything that comes with a 20GB iPod with twice the capacity for a lower price. And I should Apple puts all refurbished iPods into new cases, so you can't tell the difference between this and a brand new one.
