PNME 2007: Educational Podcasts:
Male: I was just wondering if in your questioning, what we’re trying to do is podcasting and so forth. Why does it have to be something established and because sometimes the interviews and what I was gaining from you’re saying is that, for example, in education and I know it’s not (inaudible) that you’re dealing with but we could extrapolate it also into the college level. Let’s say a person is thinking about becoming a gang banger and then you would have some interviews with kids who have gotten out of the gangs. Same thing within college, one of the problems in colleges is high suicide rate. So why wouldn’t that be a great to interview somebody who has attempted to suicide and now, he sees the light so to say and he doesn’t want to that and sees the value of living. So the idea then is why have these – I’m sure I get away from the Tom Brook, Crawford. Those are those you know …
David Van Nuys: Okay. Sure. I just thought I’d start there because it’s – because it would be easy but we also have our favorite podcast interviewers I know I have podcasters that I like. You’re suggestions are great and in fact, one of the podcast that I just put up is with a client of psychotherapy counseling who suffered from ADHD for many years. And so as to get her view, what was it like? How many different therapists did she have to go see, you know, before she got the diagnosis that kind of begin to open up her world. And how effective was the treatment for her. So it’s wonderful to hear her perspective.
Male: Right.
David Van Nuys: And by the way, she’s in the Netherlands.
