Once the core audience segmentation has be formalized the organization can then leverage this business intelligence to further target and promote different eCommerce opportunities, promotions, loyalty programs, etc. Podcasting has created a new channel for generating income for organizations, but has also created an internal communications tool that will enable companies to use for training employees, delivering presentations, creating an environment that fosters innovative thinking.
