I've been using FTP on Mac since 1991, and Yummy FTP is simply the best ftp client out there.

Paul, I have to agree with you on this one. I went through and tested a bunch of mac ftp clients to decide on one. Out of cyberduck, one-button ftp, fetch, transmit, yummy and captain ftp, i liked yummy best out of all of them with transit as a close second. Remote editing is a feature that all ftp clients should have and as far as I know, only yummy and transmit have it. Yummy does pretty much everything that transmit does but it's a few bucks cheaper and even more if you take advantage of the maczot deal.

Paul this is indeed sweet and Yummy. To make it better MacZot http://www.maczot.com/ has it for $9.95 right now instead of $25.00.

Go get it while it last.

Today's MacZot (2006.11.07) is, surprise surprise: Yummy FTP.

While I wouldn't think about straying from Transmit, perhaps at this low price it's worth checking out.

Yes, yes, yes, yes....and yes! I discovered Yummy a few weeks ago and IMMEDIATELY bought it. Using it only once convinced me it was a great product and it resolved many of the ftp problems I had been having with other clients. The sync feature has really helped me to keep my local and online copies of my site in line, something that wasn't really working well before.

You can see what <a href="http://www.welchwrite.com/blog/2006/11/get-it-today-mac-update-yummy-ftp-152.asp" rel="nofollow">I wrote about Yummy in this post</a>.
