Focusrite Saffire LE Firewire Interface …
Focusrite has just announced the new Saffire LE firewire interface. The device offers 24bit, 96kHz audio, 6 inputs, 2 Focusrite mic preamps and 8 outputs. The interface will allow you to set up separate headphone/monitor mixes or 5.1 surround monitoring. A suite of software plugins are bundled with the interface, specifically compression, reverb, and equalization. The device is also AC3 and DTS compatible. Available at the end of May for $450 US.
The Podcast Academy at Yahoo!
