		<description>The Mackie D.2 is cool, however designed to be used as you referenced --&#62;&#62; as a club mixer with turntables/cd players, etc. It does have one mic input, effects sends and returns and few other cool options. I don't see any reason why you could *not* use this for some sought of proprietary podcasting work-flow.

I am waiting to hear back from the Rami people in France. Of course I will keep you posted.

How does the Mackie d.2 compare? It seems the Mackie is designed for club DJs but the specs seem to be OK for podcast recording.</description>
