    Just as a quick comment here for those who might be wondering about what a few hours with Paul can do for your podcast…..

    I got in touch with Paul to help me with setting up a post-production workflow for my podcast audio. Before I contacted Paul for a consultation, I’d followed some of his pointers for gear on the site here, but I still wasn’t getting sound that I was really happy with – the equipment was providing good results, but the sound still seemed to be like “flat soda.” Our podcast was growing fast (we have well over 1500 listeners now), and audio was getting more and more important to me as our audience grew. After all, I didn’t want to scare away new listeners with clips and messed up levels and all.

    So, I set up a time with Paul and in a phone consultation, I was able to get expert advice on processing my audio, both during production and in post-production. I had some sense of how to proceed before I contacted Paul, but I had a lot of questions, and finding answers wasn’t always easy. In our first hour of consultation, I was able to get expert advice on many aspects of production, get my long-awaited questions answered really well, and get lots of advice about how to improve the audio quality of my podcast. Since putting Paul’s suggestions into practice, we’ve actually received comments from our listeners on how much more they enjoy our show because of the improved audio quality. On top of it all, I feel much better about putting my name on the audio now that it has more of a professional sound to it.

    In short, if you’re wondering if Paul is worth the money, he definitely is. He knows his stuff, and not only that, he’s able to communicate it in a way that’s easy to get. I’ve invested a lot in my podcast so far. Without a doubt, the money that I’ve spent on a consultation with Paul is certainly the best money I’ve spent. It helped me understand my equipment better and produce much better audio in very short order.

    I don’t mean to gush mindlessly here, but Paul really is that good. Seriously.
